I find their fare to be on the pretty excellent side always. They are very old school. A good piece of information that people may not be aware of: They only accept checks and cash. I don't know if they accept out-of-state checks, though. I'd ask first. (You'd think they would, because I've seen out-of-state plates there and they're right off the highway. But you never know.) Great, friendly and attentive service. A lot of regular patrons. A typical diner menu. I haven't tried many items, but what I've tried is quite good. I think you're better served stopping at a place like this over, say... Perkins. A much more down-home vibe and homemade food. One star off because in the past year or two they have changed their french fries. They used to serve these yummy steak fries and now they make their own. :-) And it shows. Thinly-chopped, floppy fries, with no seasoning. Only when I add salt (or seasoned salt if I order "to go" and take it home) are they any good. Fries are just not up to par with what they're still charging. But.... other than that, pretty great overall. I'm pleased with the place. You can substitute onion rings. Order them extra crispy with a side of ranch. mm And for coleslaw appreciators - the slaw is good!

Great service and good food. If you are out for a diner experience you will like Nancy's :-) Eggs Benedict and stuffed hash browns are excellent for breakfast. Broasted chicken is awesome dine in or take out! :-)

Typical small town diner in rural America - you can order breakfast all day - and that is a good choice. Decent food, slightly run down building. Homemade pie, although I have had better. Establishment is non-smoking now. Still it is cash or check, no credit or debit cards. They do have an ATM in the back of the restaurant. Overall, fine place for an inexpensive lunch.

Waitress was prompt and nice ate there for lunch with my sister. Wait time to get our food was very good. My sister was happy with her salad and soup. I had a philly wrap and salad both were very tasty. Price was very reasonable would go back again.

Nancy's is exactly what I see in my mind's eye when I think of classic roadside diner. Completely un-pretentious, but with good quality inexpensive breakfast (served all day!). My order came up within 5 minutes and the waitstaff was very attentive. -1 for only serving up small, frozen sausage links. -1 for allowing smoking inside. Just because it's legal in WIsconsin doesn't mean you have to allow it!

Very good breakfast here. Had very good service last time we were there. Chantelle was our waitress and did a great job. Awsome lunch specials also. Very reasonable.
